Admissions
Our Admissions Process
Note: Kindergarten and first grade is waitlist only. Please email registrar@hillsideacademy.com to inquire about next steps.
Returning Families
- Use FACTS Parent Portal for re-enrolling
Please do not submit a new application – this will create a duplicate account and result in unnecessary fees.
New Families
- Schedule Hillside Tour. Complete the Parent Questionnaire ahead of the tour.
- Submit an Application (non-refundable $100 fee) for the year of enrollment. Make sure to choose the correct school year to avoid extra fees. Tip: FACTS Enrollment works best on a laptop or desktop.
- Schedule Student Visit (K-8) or Playdate (pre-k) by emailing registrar@hillsideacademy.com.
- Look for an email: after your student visits Hillside, the Registrar will share important policies and schedule a visit with families if needed.
- Submit enrollment forms and payment on FACTS Family Portal (non-refundable $380 fee). FACTS Family Portal is our permanent database. Create a NEW log-in and password to enroll. You can use the same email and login info from the application, but it must be re-entered and re-verified to be activated. Make sure to record your login information because you will log-on to FACTS to view student grades.
- Hillside emails an official admission decision.

Tuition Assistance (K-8 students only)
Our school is committed to accessibility, enrollment stability, and responsible financial stewardship. Tuition assistance is available to support families for whom full tuition would present a financial hardship, while also allowing the school to responsibly utilize available enrollment capacity.
Eligibility and Awards
Tuition assistance decisions are made annually through a confidential review of each family’s financial information. Awards vary based on demonstrated financial need, available funds, and program considerations. Applying for tuition assistance does not guarantee an award, and the school may not be able to meet all demonstrated need.
Application Process
Families seeking tuition assistance must submit an application and required financial documentation by Feb 24, 2026 to be considered for the first round of review. Applications after this date will be subject to availability of funds.
Our Commitment
Through our tuition assistance program, we strive to support families while maintaining the financial health of the school and ensuring a stable, vibrant learning community for all students.
