Noelle McCarthy, known as Ms. Noelle at Hillside Academy, has been enriching the lives of students through music since 2022. With a strong foundation in Music Education and Music Performance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Music Teacher and Wildcat Club Coordinator. Before joining Hillside Academy, Noelle served as an Assistant Choral Director at Providence Academy and performed with the Ballard Civic Orchestra and the Bismarck Mandan Symphony Orchestra.

Noelle’s dedication to music education is driven by her desire to share the beauty and joy of music with others. She values the close-knit community and small class sizes at Hillside Academy, which allow her to connect with her students on a personal level and foster a supportive learning environment. Her teaching philosophy centers on inspiring students to explore their musical talents and appreciate the diverse world of music.

Beyond the classroom, Noelle has a variety of interests that keep her active and engaged. She practices Muay Thai Boxing and has been playing the violin for 20 years, showcasing her commitment to both physical and artistic pursuits. In her downtime, Noelle enjoys immersing herself in all kinds of music, indulging in reality TV, and getting lost in romance novels.

Originally from Minnesota, Noelle is the middle child of five siblings, a background that has shaped her appreciation for family and community. Her passion for music and her vibrant personality make her a cherished member of the Hillside Academy family.
